In enterprises with poor equipment and environmental conditions, some simple equipment can also be checked with ordinary hand pressure pumps. That is, the water pipe joint of the body or cylinder head should be blocked first, and only one of the water pipe joints should be connected with the water pump outlet with a rubber pipe. A special cover plate with the same size should be selected on the plane of the body so that the cooling water cannot overflow. Then turn on the switch to press the water pump, and the room water enters the cooling water jacket. Turn off the switch after the water is discharged, and continue to press the water pump to stop the water supply when the pointer of the pressure gauge reaches 3-4 atmospheres. At this point, by looking at the body, the cylinder head up and down the inside and outside whether there is water leakage or seepage phenomenon, you can determine the existence of cracks.
